Academic Counseling Center
There is a separate academic counseling centre at the Ullen School IB Diploma Programme that provides guidance for university admission (university selection, application, TOEFL, SAT and other entrance exams).
The academic counseling centre helps students evaluate their abilities, interests, talents and personality in order to develop realistic academic and career goals. Students are also supported to identify their subjects for further studies through interviews, counseling sessions and interest and aptitude assessment tests. There are books and other resources related to college majors and college/university admissions available in the senior school library. The academic counseling office is open to students three days a week for now.
The academic counseling centre also invites representatives to school from various universities who are in town to hold an information session for the students and parents. Furthermore, in order to publicize the Ullens School IB graduates the academic counselor is in contact with the admission officers of various universities on regular basis. In addition, the IB university recognition department is always available to provide any support to the IB World School counselors on university admission issues.
