Please submit the application form to the Admissions Office. The application form should be handwritten and clearly printed in capital letters. The Admission Officer will set the date and time for your admission interview and placement process.
Required documents to bring along with your admission application:
- Child's birth certificate
- Two recent passport size photographs
- Child's original report card of the last grade/exam attended
- Child's two exemplary work sample of any type
Admission interview and placement process:
When all application materials have been received and reviewed, parents/guardians are contacted by the Admissions Office for an Admission Interview and child's placement process. Please note that a result of the child's academic ability does not solely determine the child's admission.
A letter of acceptance and orientation session:
A letter of acceptance will be issued to you if your child is accepted at Ullens School. An Orientation Session is mandatory for all parents/guardians of admitted students. The school will inform the parents/ guardians of their orientation session date.
Required documents during admission:
- Xerox copies of parents' citizenship paper/ passport
- A map of your home location. Ullens School provides this sheet for your map.
