Ullens School is the first IB World School in Nepal. It was authorized to implement the IB Diploma Programme by the Switzerland based International Baccalaureate Organisation (IBO) on 2 June 2009. Only schools authorized by the IBO as IB World Schools can offer any of its three academic programmes. The IB Diploma Programme at Ullens School for the academic session 2009 begins from 17 August 2009. The admission for the IB Diploma Programme is open to all students who have completed the 10th grade.

Vision: Ullens School team is developed with the vision of creating "A Centre of Excellence in Education" which provides holistic education to children with respect and dignity allowing them to achieve their full potential within a multi-faceted learning environment.

The vision of Ullens School is aligned with that of International Baccalaureate (IB) as both are focused on respecting all cultures and diversities that exist in our society and encourage the children to be proud of their culture and heritage. Ullens School and the IB Diploma Programme seek to create learning opportunities, using not only books and materials, but the world of children- schools, neighborhood and communities as the venue of discovery and learning.
